what makes life interesting! For our Factory unit in Boncourt, we are looking for a:

IWS Manager
Context
In this role, you will be a member of the Factory Management Team, reporting directly to the
Head of Operations. You will act as an owner of the Integrated Working System and make
sure it is rolled out throughout the factory. Your results and work will ensure that the
achievement of the company objectives are maximized.
Main Accountabilities
Owner of the roll out plan and overall Coordinator of IWS implementation
Leads “Lead Line” implementations in all Cells
Plays the role of Line Lead Senior Coach for the site
Coach the IWS technologies and approaches in all processes to be included to the onthe-floor activities
Develop capability in leadership teams and especially in the Line Structures who
qualify
Provide direct coaching to Line Structures, Cell Managers & Leadership Team
Makes issues & problems visible for the Leadership Team
Promote correct IWS behaviours and insure the business need is the driver
Capture and replicates current best practices
Ensure the tools used are following the standard guidelines
Ensure IWS work is loss focused and targeted to delivering the key performance
indicators
Play a role in the capture and documentation of IWS implementation learnings
IWS Reporting, Promotion, Communication & Education
Network with other sites and markets to share and receive learning
Knowledge and Skills
5-8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
University degree
Ability to teach, coach and develop others
Able to influence and develop credibility
Active listener and assertive communicator
Committed to self-development
Fluent in English and French
Experience with a line assignment in manufacturing
