Job Description
Portfolio Allocation Support
- Assist senior team members with quantitative and qualitative analysis to support asset allocation decisions across multi-manager portfolios.
Fund Manager Meetings & Monitoring
- Participate in meetings and on-site visits with external fund managers across various asset classes. Prepare meeting notes, performance summaries, and monitoring reports.
Due Diligence
- Contribute to the operational and investment due diligence process, including gathering information, reviewing documentation, and identifying potential risks.
Market & Manager Research
- Conduct research on market trends, investment strategies, and new managers to support the team's investment pipeline and strategic thinking.
Reporting & Documentation
- Assist in the preparation of investment proposals, internal memos, and client presentations.
Cross-Functional Support
- As part of a small and collaborative team, contribute to a wide range of tasks beyond the formal job description when needed.
The Successful Applicant
Education:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, ideally from EPFL or an equivalent institution.
Experience:
- No prior professional experience required. Internships are a plus but not mandatory.
Languages:
- Fluent in French and English (both required).
Skills & Attributes:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
