Group RCS (Richemont Customer Service) works closely with the Maisons and the Regions to ensure the quality and the efficiency of the customer service provided worldwide to the clients of our Maisons. 

Your role as Junior Business Controller will be to develop a new costing model for our operations, support our budget process, provide and improve our financial reporting, and build various analysis on CS activities.


HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

New costing model

  • Develop a new costing model for our after-sales operations leveraging our new data platform based on GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
  • Improve visibility and provide financial insights via new dashboards and reports

Budget Process

  • Prepare budget data and central forecasts
  • Consolidate all data; develop comprehensive analyses
  • Animate discussions with our Maisons and Regions
  • Make presentations used for budget discussions and approval

Reporting

  • Provide and enhance our regular reporting
  • Lead and contribute to various customer service analyses and projects

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Technical skills

  • Business School or Master degree in Finance or Controlling
  • Previous experience(s) is a plus
  • Good IT skills with good knowledge on Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Strong interest in business analytics
  • Fluent in English and French
