Your proven track record in technical analysis and development will make you a valuable addition to our ESM Engineering team. With excellent interpersonal skills and a business mindset, you will perform technical activities in various large and complex environments for our enterprise customers.
Your responsibility
You will implement the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solution, Servicenow, in business and ITSM customer projects. In addition to delivering the required technical architecture, you will analyse, implement and formalize ITIL and business processes. You will also perform parameterising, scripting, testing and formatting activities associated with ITSM integration within our customers' environment. You will write technical implementation documentation, support customers during operation, migration and deployment phases and support the sales team in pre-sales activities.
Your background
  • Customer-focused IT graduate (HF / FH)
  • Experience of ESM tool administration (Servicenow an advantage)
  • ITIL V3 certified
  • Software experience in JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Jelly, Web Services (REST/SOAP)
  • Practical knowledge of SOA and associated technologies WSDL, XSD, SAML, Rest API with software development life cycle and various frameworks: AngularJS, Bootstrap, Spring MVC, Struts etc.
  • Able to communicate in both written and spoken French and English. German an advantage
