About Our Client
Our client is an international organisation.
Job Description
- Provide administrative support across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, changes, documentation).
- Manage and update HR databases, personnel files, and employee records.
- Assist with recruitment activities: posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews.
- Support the preparation of employment contracts, letters, and HR reports.
- Help coordinate internal trainings, events, and employee communications.
- Be a first point of contact for employee queries.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and tools.
The Successful Applicant
- A recent graduate or candidate with up to 2 years of HR/administrative experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
- Fluent in French and comfortable in English.
