Junior Legal Counsel 80-100%

In this position, you will support our global operations by contributing to meaningful legal and compliance projects in a fast-paced, international environment. Working closely with the Co-Head of Legal & Compliance, you will be able to contribute to our innovative business model.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents and contracts
• Support corporate governance activities for group entities, including preparation for and follow-up of board meetings
• Coordinate regulatory filings and ensure timely completion of compliance-related tasks
• Maintain and update legal documentation; liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments with a focus on impact investing, ESG, and sustainable finance
• Collaborate with Legal Counsels, Product Management, Finance and Operations teams on cross-functional initiatives
• Establish, organize, and manage legal workflows and documentation processes

• Law degree with 2 - 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in corporate law or the financial services industry
• Skilled in drafting contracts and conducting legal research
• Business fluent in spoken and written English
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
