You will play a role in supporting our professionals to sell their services to our clients in western Switzerland.

Responsibilities & Profile

Your responsibilities

  • Support the organization and coordination of key account management
  • Assist in the organization and implementation of specific sales projects
  • Assist in the organization of events (event logistics, administration, invitations, hotel booking...)
  • Support on the layout of client-engaging communications (content and design)
  • Punctual market research and analysis
  • Regular preparation and reporting on budget consolidation and financial controlling
  • Working closely with other team-members of the Sales & Marketing department

Your profile

  • Successfully completed degree from a higher technical school, college or university with a major in business, marketing, sales or communication. Alternatively, you have a CFC with a few years of experience in the above-mentioned fields.
  • Experience in B2B sales, key account management or sales office is a plus
  • Strong customer-orientation and ability to deliver high standards of client service. Excellent communication skills and «can-do attitude»
  • French mother-tongue with good knowledge of English (C1), German is a plus
  • MS Office proficiency, in particular, good command of Excel and PowerPoint
