Junior System Engineer (f/m) 100 %

For our client, a company in the IT industry based in Spreitenbach (AG), we are looking for a Junior System Engineer for a permanent role.

Your responsibilities:

• As a System Engineer in the Operations team, you have the opportunity to take responsibility for a functioning service for our customers and to ensure smooth operations
• You process tickets as part of our incident, change and problem management process
• Provision, installation and maintenance of hardware and software components as well as communication tools
• Creating user manuals, installation and support documentation
• Collaboration in a varied work environment and projects

Your qualifications:

• You have a vocational training in the field of computer science (computer science apprenticeship, specializing in systems engineering)
• Experience in theservice desk and customer support
• You have some experience or would like to develop further in these areas: client/server, virtualization, software distribution, backup and storage solutions, Exchange, etc.
• You are characterized by a customer-oriented approach and are a team player with initiative
• You have a great interest in new technologies and are motivated to familiarize yourself with new areas
• You have excellent German skills and good English skills
• Due to Swiss work permit restrictions, we can only consider applications from Swiss nationals, EU citizens as well as current work-permit holders for Switzerland
