Job Description

• Coordinate and monitor the logistics and shipment processes to ensure timely and efficient operations.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including invoices and customs paperwork.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Track and report shipment statuses to relevant parties.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies during operations.
• Maintain accurate records and databases related to traffic and logistics activities.
• Support the team in optimising logistics processes and identifying areas for improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Junior Traffic Operator should have:

• Educational background related to logistics, supply chain, or a similar field.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
• Proficiency in English, with additional languages being an asset.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Interest or knowledge in the soft commodity sector.
