Kitchen helper (W/M/X)

For our campus in Montreux, we are looking for a:
Kitchen Assistant
Responsibilities:

Ensure the daily production of the assigned section in accordance with the Executive Chef’s instructions
Wash, peel, and cut fruits and vegetables
Prepare salads, seafood, fish, etc.
Deliver high-quality food in collaboration with other members of the F&B team
Ensure variety in meals
Apply HACCP standards and ensure they are respected within the production area

Qualifications and Skills:

CFC in Culinary Arts or equivalent
2 years of experience as a cook
Native French speaker with good knowledge of English
Strong knowledge of international recipes
Creative, autonomous, and flexible
Able to execute assigned tasks quickly and professionally
Enjoy working as part of a team
