For one of our clients, an international retail company we are looking for two Kitchen Sales Designer (M/F). One position will be based in Bern area, the other close to Luzern.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support customers in designing their custom kitchen projects
  • Conduct personalized sales consultations and provide technical advice
  • Manage kitchen projects end-to-end, from design to final installation
  • Create kitchen plans using the planning tools provided
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Contribute to the layout and presentation of the kitchen showroom

Your profile:

  • Proven experience in sales; experience in kitchen sales is a strong asset
  • Excellent listening skills and advisory capabilities
  • Fluent in German and professional level in English or French
  • Ability to efficiently solve problems and handle complex situations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive, friendly, dynamic, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong customer service orientation
