Lab Technician (all genders) - 100%, asap for 1 year contract, Canton of Zug

For a temporary assignment, we are looking for a motivated Laboratory Technician (Research Assistant) to join a Instrumental Analytics department, working hands-on with a variety of analytical technologies in a collaborative research environment

Responsibilities

• Plan analysis with support from supervisory staff
• Prepare standards and samples • Perform experiments on different instruments
• Data analysis with support from supervisory staff
• Document experiments
• Escalate issues when things are not going according to plan
• Recommend next steps based on data generated
• Drive efforts to gain efficiency within work packages
• Organize and manage their own time within scope of assigned work packages
• Ordering and maintaining stocks of material

Profile

• Education as Lab Technician or Bachelor degree in Analytical Chemistry/ Chemistry/ Molecular Biology or Biotechnologie
• Min. 2-3 years of work experience in a Lab Environment within Academic research
• Experience in Pharma or MedTech industry
• Know-How with Liquid Chromatography (Preferably PCR)
• First experience in statistical data analysis & evaluation
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• Knowledge in GxP
