What you-ll do: Execute experimental laboratory work at upstream pilot scale including vials out-of-freeze, seed expansion, inoculation and monitoring of 50/200/500L scale bioreactors and depth filtration primary recovery. Perform media and buffer preparations and run fed-batch processes using mammalian cells in single-use bioreactors. Generate and collect high quality data in collaboration with scientists and other laboratory technicians. Contribute to the maintenance of the laboratory equipment and ensure appropriate cleaning of the workplace. Participate to the establishment of the work instructions for the laboratory equipment. Contribute to the order and registration of raw materials and consumables for customer projects. What we-re looking for: Own an apprenticeship degree of laboratory technician or equivalent. Experience in mammalian cell culture and operating bioreactors (2-3 years) including preparation of cell culture media and buffers. Report issues in a timely fashion to scientists and/or management English is mandatory, German is a plus.
