Job Description
- Lead, manage and develop the analytical laboratory team
- Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the Analytics Laboratory and planning of analytical activities
- Guarantee installation, qualification, maintenance and compliance of analytical and QC equipment
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety regulations and good laboratory practices
- Act as owner of routine analytical methods and manage their full life-cycle
- Drive continuous improvement of analytical methods, workflows and laboratory efficiency
- Ensure accuracy, integrity and approval of analytical data and reports
- Act as LIMS owner for Analytics and ensure data integrity
- Manage and coordinate all stability studies (protocols, shipments, external laboratories, data review and reporting)
- Write, review and approve analytical, validation and stability study protocols and reports
- Review and approve quality documentation related to analytical activities
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an Analytics Laboratory Manager or Team Leader in a pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong hands-on expertise in analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, MS); knowledge of Rheology or MALS is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines (ICH, USP).
- Proven experience working with LIMS and laboratory digital systems.
- Fluent English is required; very fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with strong leadership and communication skills.
