Job Description

  • Lead, manage and develop the analytical laboratory team
  • Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the Analytics Laboratory and planning of analytical activities
  • Guarantee installation, qualification, maintenance and compliance of analytical and QC equipment
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, safety regulations and good laboratory practices
  • Act as owner of routine analytical methods and manage their full life-cycle
  • Drive continuous improvement of analytical methods, workflows and laboratory efficiency
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity and approval of analytical data and reports
  • Act as LIMS owner for Analytics and ensure data integrity
  • Manage and coordinate all stability studies (protocols, shipments, external laboratories, data review and reporting)
  • Write, review and approve analytical, validation and stability study protocols and reports
  • Review and approve quality documentation related to analytical activities

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an Analytics Laboratory Manager or Team Leader in a pharmaceutical environment.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, MS); knowledge of Rheology or MALS is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines (ICH, USP).
  • Proven experience working with LIMS and laboratory digital systems.
  • Fluent English is required; very fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong leadership and communication skills.
