Lead Infrastructure Engineer

Description

Take ownership of the infrastructure environment, both on-premises and in Azure, ensuring stability, scalability, and security.
Act as a technical lead within the infrastructure team - guiding, mentoring, and supporting a small group of engineers while remaining hands-on.
Manage and optimize core Microsoft services including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
Contribute to the deployment and integration of Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 in a hybrid setup.
Drive the transition from legacy systems to modern cloud-based solutions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
Ensure operational excellence through automation, standardization, and proactive monitoring.

Strong technical expertise in Windows Server environments, Active Directory, virtualization, and Azure infrastructure services (IaaS, PaaS).
Experience managing or mentoring others, with a genuine interest in developing leadership responsibilities over time.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, networking, and security best practices.
Proven track record in hybrid infrastructure management and system modernization.
Excellent problem-solving skills, accountability, and a proactive mindset.
Very good level of English - any other languages a plus
