Legal Contract Manager 100% - 2-month mission

2-5 years of relevant contractual experience (legal)
- Master degree in Law, fluency in English

NGO based in Geneva.

Work closely with a senior contracting and business development specialist in the team, as well as the director of operations, a contracts officer and an administrator
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts (partnership agreements, suppliers agreements etc.)
Ensure compliance with internal policies, donor requirements, and applicable legal frameworks
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across programs, finance, procurement, and legal to align contractual terms with operational needs
Participate in training sessions that are regularly provided to the business units to improve contracting practices
Maintain and organise contract records and templates
Provide practical legal and contractual advice to project teams under supervision

Master's degree in Law
3-5 years of professional experience in contract management
Experience in commercial-level contract development in an international environment is an important consideration
Solid understanding of contract law and drafting principles
Basic understanding of licensing; knowledge of intellectual property (IP) is a strong plus
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus
