M-ERP Super User - SAP Manufacturing and Logistics

Purpose of the Role:

Participate in the implementation in Nyon of MERP (SAP), as part of the joint-venture integration program, for production execution and logistic area. The focus of the Super User is to understand and appropriate the new SAP solution, in order to ensure the training of the operator before the go live and to support the operation during the go live.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respect and make GMP standards be respected
  • Ensures timely delivery of projects tasks
  • Reports on progresses, risks and opportunities both from project and quality standpoints to the management
  • Lead appropriate escalations as the projects demand
  • Participate to the creation of User acceptance test
  • Perform testing
  • Lead SOP redaction and maintenance
  • Train users (management, technicians, operators,…)
  • Support the operation during and after go live



Education: Technical bachelor or equivalent diploma

Specialization: Production, Logistic or IT


Experience required: 2 to 3 years’ experience in logistic/production or in cross-functional Project Management


  • Pro-active and independent on bringing the assigned tasks to a successful completion
  • Previous experience of structured project management methodologies
  • Strong communication and team working skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Previous experience of working in a regulated environment (Pharma experience desired)
  • Be experienced in the MS office tool like Excel, Powerpoint, Word
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in French
