## About Our Client ##

Our client is an international company in the financial services. It offers a multicultural work environment and the Human Resources department covers several locations worldwide.

### Job Description ###

Provide HR Administration and HR support to the HR BPs and to employees of the company:

\- Full spectrum of HR support, ranging from recruitment coordination and follow-up, on-boarding processes, off-boarding processes,

\- Ensure employee's files are maintained and up to date,

\- Point of contact for employees on 3 locations worldwide,

\- Manage HR administration, such as contracts, certificates, insurance, work permits, time management etc,

\- Participate in various HR projects alongside HR BPs,

\- Support payroll preparation,

\- HR invoices follow-up.

### The Successful Applicant ###

\- Previous HR support and HR administration experience is required, from 3 solid years until 10 years,

\- Experience in an international firm,

\- English proficient (C2) or native speaker, French fluent or proficient (C1-C2),

\- Autonomous, accountable, precise and rigorous,

\- Humble, team oriented,

\- Taking initiative and proposing ideas.
