## Job Description ##
\- Assist 3 C-level executives in their administrative and operations tasks,
\- Manage complex calendars,
\- Organise all travel arrangements and meetings,
\- Act as first point of contact between the executives and internal and external stakeholders,
\- Answer executives' queries related to their daily business activities and to their personal activities,
\- Prepare documents, presentations and reports,
\- Plan and organise Board of Directors meetings, and attend,
\- Organise events as a team,
\- Take on any additional administrative, office and organisational tasks as requested.
## The Successful Applicant ##
\- 10 years of experience in Executive Support to C level,
\- International background and multicultural sensitivity,
\- Proficiency in English, French is an asset,
\- Background in hospitality highly appreciated,
\- Strong team spirit and collaborative mind,
\- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, where proactivity, autonomy, anticipation and efficiency are required on a daily basis,
\- Strong organisational skills,
\- Flexibility, adaptation, agility and availability required.
