(m/f) Junior After-Sales Service Administrator FR-ENG-GRM
Our client is a leader in the manufacturing of high-end goods and services.
- Answer to customers' needs regarding returns and repairs,
- Take delivery of customers' requests, insert them in SAP, create the customers' files,
- Prepare requests for technicians, collect quotes' draft, prepare the quotes and then communicate the quote to the client,
- Coordinate after-sales activities along the whole repair cycle,
- Follow-up on the after-sales service until the product is delivered to the client,
- Keep track of problems and customers' requests,
- Make sure all tasks are done in compliance with internal audits,
- Monitor statistics and analyse them.
Profil du candidat
- Around 2 years of experience in Customer and After-Sales Service in an industrial firm,
- Trilingual in French, German and English (B2 levels minimum),
- You have a good level of SAP, if not you are a fast-learner and have used another ERP,
- You are at ease in a technical environment,
- Personality: adaptable, open-minded, proactive, taking initiative and bringing new ideas, eager to proactively help around, team-player,
-Available ASAP and to work at 100%.
