## About Our Client ##
Our client is an international organisation in the training/education sector.
## Job Description ##
Provide administrative support to internal clients and external clients and partners and build strong relationships with them:
\- Organise trips and travels, book transportation's, make sure appointments and meetings are prepared and planned,
\- Monitor and prepare purchases, generate invoices and follow-up on payments,
\- Monitor stock of materials and equipment's, participate in the proposals and tender processes, review contracts,
\- Make sure that all activities and processes are compliant from the client request to the invoice,
\- Liaise with all suppliers, follow-up on delivery,
\- Handle requests from clients and manage complaints when necessary,
\- Update database and manage client files.
## The Successful Applicant ##
\- First experience in administrative support and in event organisation,
\- Background in hospitality is an asset,
\- Administrative certification or hospitality degree or university degree,
\- Fluency in French and in English (C1 level in both languages),
\- Autonomous and resourceful (finding solutions), proactive (able to anticipate problems), task-driven,
\- Customer focused and passionate about customer service,
\- Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset and diplomatic,
\- Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
