Description du poste :

You will be in charge of the smooth operational running of the office and will be responsible to manage strategic facility and office projects.
* Coordinate the various administrative tasks of the office
* Oversee and follow-up on key projects such as building new sites in Switzerland and abroad; interacting with and influencing suppliers in the running of facility projects
* Run market and internal analysis regarding building new sites and digital process
* Actively participate in digitisation of office and facility matters, in regards with remote working
* Implement and structure administrative processes
* Coordinate office matters among multi-disciplinary stakeholders : finance, administration, purchasing etc
* Manage and maintain documents such as contracts and correspondence, filing and archiving of administrative documents

Description du profil :

* Experience in office management
* Experience and diploma in project management
* Experience internationally or in the headquarter of an international firm
* Diploma in business or administration or hospitality
* Fluent in English and French
* Extremely hands-on, able to work without supervision and in a disorganised environment
* Self-confident, business mindset and able to influence, and negotiate with, high level (internal and external) clients
* Driven, self-starter mindset, working and thinking fast
* Experience or interest in digital is a strong asset
