Job Description

• Develop and deploy a regional roadmap for utilities & maintenance
• Support best practices in energy, water, and asset management
• Drive sustainability initiatives (CO-, efficiency, compliance)
• Provide guidance and training to site teams across Europe
• Contribute to projects, audits, and long-term asset strategies

The Successful Applicant

• Engineering degree with 10+ years in maintenance/utilities
• Strong background in FMCG, food, or chemical industries with asset management
• Proven expertise in Lean, TPM, WCM, and change management
• Fluency in English
• Ability to influence across cultures and travel up to 30% (European scope)
• Not willing to manage a team (non managerial position)
