In order to complete our maintenance team at our Granges (VS) production site, we are looking immediately or by agreement for a

Maintenance Manager (m-f)

Your mission

• Lead and support the maintenance team composed of 3-4 technicians
• Monitor and apply EHS standards and work procedures within the plant
• Ensure the availability of installations as well as the optimal use of resources
• Organise, monitor and document corrective and preventive maintenance work on installations
• Implement the TPM methodology in operational maintenance
• Provide on-call service at weekends according to a defined rota
• Coordinate and support the operations of external companies

Your profile

• Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as agricultural machinery mechanic, heavy vehicle mechanic or similar
• Federal maintenance agent certificate or equivalent training would be an asset
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience
• Ability to organise, supervise, unite and develop a team
• Proficiency in IT tools (CMMS & SAP would be an asset)
• Active contribution to promoting the EHS culture of the Saint-Gobain group
