For a fast-growing company in Switzerland, we are looking for an M&A Manager.

Job Description

-The role requires travelling on the Swiss territory.

-Execute the organisation's M&A strategy, including coordinating due diligence, structuring and coordinating pre-closing and post-acquisition operational integration.

-Support post-acquisition to drive growth and deliver sustainable value creation and synergies.

-Deal Execution & Negotiation: Coordinate end-to-end transaction process: financial modelling, valuation, and risk assessment.

-Integration & Synergy Realisation: Develop and oversee post-merger integration plans, ensuring operational and cultural alignment.

-Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and internal approval processes.

-Stakeholder Management: Act as primary liaison with external advisors (DD, legal counsel, auditors) and internals stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

-Proven experience in M&A execution and strategic partnerships within healthcare or related industries.

-Strong negotiation skills, including carve-out transactions and complex deal structures.

-Expertise in financial modelling and valuation.

-Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.

-Familiarity with integration processes.

-Fluent in English

-German and French are an asset.
