At Sonar, CODE is more than just an acronym – it's a mindset that defi nes daily operations.
Why You Should Apply:
At Sonar, we’re a group of brilliant, motivated, and driven professionals working hard to help supercharge developers to build better, faster.
Sonar helps to continuously improve code quality and code security while reducing developer toil. This means that developers can focus on doing more of what they love and less of what they don’t. Our solutions don’t just solve symptoms of problems – we help fi x issues at the source – for all code, whether it's developer-written, AI-generated, or from third parties.
We have a dynamic culture with employees worldwide and hub offi ces in the USA, Switzerland, the UK, Singapore, and Germany. Team members should be able to come to work every day, work on a product they are proud of, love what they do, and feel energized by their peers. With our roots deep in the open source community, we’re all about the mission: supercharge developers to build better, faster.
The Impact You Will Have:
As Manager of Global End-User Technologies, you will own the strategy and daily execution of Sonar's global helpdesk function across all offi ces and remote locations.

By balancing immediate support needs against longer-term strategic goals, you will ensure every member of our growing global workforce has the reliable, frictionless technology experience they need to do their best work.
This role is ideal for a leader with deep experience in end-user technologies, strong operational judgment, and a proven track record of building a high-performing team of global support engineers with clear visibility into demand and delivery.
What You Will Do Daily:
Plan, prioritize, and assign daily support work for your team, balancing real-time user needs against quarterly strategic objectives
Defi ne and own operational metrics grounded in industry standards and best practices that measure helpdesk health and strategic impact, using data to drive prioritization decisions rather than defaulting to ticket-queue order

Create and maintain the team's operational plan, standards, and resource requirements, ensuring alignment with broader IT Operations goals
Communicate expectations, status, and escalations clearly to both your team and cross-functional stakeholders
Identify recurring issues and systemic gaps in the end-user technology environment, presenting solutions that reduce ticket volume and improve the employee experience
Engage proactively with colleagues outside the team — including Infrastructure, Security, and Engineering — to resolve cross-functional dependencies
The Experience You Will Need:
5-8 years of proven experience managing a global or multi-site helpdesk or end-user support team
Track record of defi ning operational metrics and using data to prioritize work based on strategic impact rather than volume alone
Experience creating and executing operational plans that align daily support work with quarterly and annual goals
Strong people leadership skills with demonstrated ability to develop and coach direct reports
Familiarity with Atlassian products and ITSM platforms (e.g., Jira Service Management, Confl uence)
Experience using or developing AI tooling to surface actionable insights or reduce end-user friction
Clear, empathetic communicator who can manage expectations across technical and non-technical audiences
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment with a hybrid work model
