Manager, In-Country Supply Chain Strategy & Policy
Interim Consultant - Geneva, Switzerland - 1 July 2026 - 31 January 2027
About the role
We're recruiting for an experienced supply chain professional to cover a parental leave backfill in our Client's Supply Operations function. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain, you will provide strategic and analytical support on in-country supply chain initiatives, with a particular focus on the intersection of supply chain and health financing.
Key responsibilities
Provide strategic direction on in-country supply chain priorities, including links to health financing, investment design and value-for-money
Support closure of GC8 Catalytic Investments - framing, prioritisation and internal coordination
Contribute to catalytic investment management, including cost benchmarking and private-sector distribution models
Develop and socialise technical guidance, policies and supply chain measurement frameworks
Support supply chain assurance, risk and governance priorities
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on in-country supply chain strengthening
Essential requirements
Advanced degree in health, science, business or related field
Extensive international supply chain experience, including public health programmes
Hands-on experience in planning, warehousing, distribution or supply chain digitisation
Experience in health financing, investment design, costing or market-shaping analytics
Track record working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Fluent English
