? Manager Scientific Communication (m/f/d)
? Location: Aesch| ? Life Sciences / Pharma | ? Temporary Assignment
Are you passionate about transforming complex scientific data into impactful messages? In this role, you will shape the way our research and products are communicated to the scientific community and beyond. As a key cross-functional partner, you will work at the intersection of science, strategy, and communication – ensuring that our scientific voice is clear, consistent, and compliant.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a scientific communication strategy for products, studies, and research projects

Create, review, and approve scientific content (publications, abstracts, posters, slide decks, white papers)

Translate complex study data into clear, tailored messages for target audiences (healthcare professionals, scientific community, investors, internal stakeholders)

Plan and coordinate the publication strategy in line with regulatory and ethical standards (e.g., GPP, ICMJE, EFPIA)

Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, R&D, Marketing, as well as external experts and Key Opinion Leaders

Prepare and support scientific congresses, advisory boards, and internal events

Train and guide internal teams (e.g., MSLs, Sales, Medical Affairs) on new scientific insights and data
Profile
Advanced degree in life sciences or medicine (PhD, PharmD, MD or equivalent preferred)

Several years of experience in scientific communication, medical affairs, or medical writing within the pharmaceutical/MedTech industry

Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements

Excellent communication and presentation skills – both precise and audience-focused

Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage diverse stakeholders
