For our exciting CRM projects within our Marketing & Communication department based in Geneva we are recruiting a talented MARKETING COORDINATOR Temporary Contract 7 MONTHS Main Job Objective Reporting directly to the Marketing&Sales Senior Manager , you will integrate a dynamical team and support the implementation of a unique and inspiring Client experience . Activities will include customer relationship management, customer experiences, digital mar keting and social media, and maximizing our CRM activities. Accountabilities In this role, y ou de velop and implement marketing plans to generate sales and improve bra nd engagement through i ncreasing brand preference, loyalty and lifetime value of our clients . To in crease customer value (growth of acquisition a nd conversion rate, inc rease of retention and loyalty), you establish and follow key processes and metrics such as customer segmentat ion and portfolio priorities building, one - to - one and one - to - many action plans, KPI monitoring, key contact for Store ma nagers and front line sales staff . You participate also actively in developing the customer engagement by track ing the sales returns by activity and identify most responsive client groups and type of activities . Analyze actions to identify and impleme nt/improve best performing ones . You i dentify and i mplement promotional activities to amplify launches at 360° and exploit business opportunities : ensure Client presence to Co rporate and Regional Events by E - mailings and m anage th e amplification of promotional activities by monitori ng of custome r behavior trend s. Finally , y ou are in charge of d eveloping an Omnichannel approach in all swiss DOS stores , as well as to support the develop ment of Digital activities with key Third parties business partners . Y o u Maximize CRM and Digital activities integration, acquiring learnings and c ompetencies to strengthen focused conversation with local cus tomers /prospects and develop a proper local community database Qualifications Graduated with a Master degree in Marketing , you have a first experience in Luxury. You have strong computer skills and excellent command of Microsoft office, especially in excel and power point. Digital tools and knowledge of CRM a re an asset. Finally, you a re fluent in French and in English. Y o u are available to start as of 1 st June 2018 (max . 1 st July 2018) .
