Job Description

our 3 Core Missions1. Support International Marketers & HCP Contracting

• Act as the go-to coordinator for marketers across Europe
• Manage HCP contract flows and legal approvals
• Streamline marketing processes and ensure compliance with country-specific regulations

1. Marketing Demo & Material Logistics

• Track and manage demo tools and promotional materials stored in a German warehouse
• Coordinate shipments, check inventory quality, and liaise with logistics partners
• Ensure sales teams know what's available and when they can access it

1. Marketing Material Production & Communication

• Coordinate the full production chain: from agency briefing to translation and printing
• Follow up on timelines, errors, and delivery
• Communicate clearly with sales teams about available support materials

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• experience in healthcare, science, pharma, or compliance sectors
• Fluent in English (C1) and German (B2); French is a plus
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
• Autonomous, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Experience with Showpad or similar platforms is a plus
