our 3 Core Missions

1. Support International Marketers & HCP Contracting

  • Act as the go-to coordinator for marketers across Europe
  • Manage HCP contract flows and legal approvals
  • Streamline marketing processes and ensure compliance with country-specific regulations

2. Marketing Demo & Material Logistics

  • Track and manage demo tools and promotional materials stored in a German warehouse
  • Coordinate shipments, check inventory quality, and liaise with logistics partners
  • Ensure sales teams know what's available and when they can access it

3. Marketing Material Production & Communication

  • Coordinate the full production chain: from agency briefing to translation and printing
  • Follow up on timelines, errors, and delivery
  • Communicate clearly with sales teams about available support materials

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • experience in healthcare, science, pharma, or compliance sectors
  • Fluent in English (C1) and German (B2 ideally); French is a plus
  • Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Autonomous, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment

What is MANDATORY ?

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing ideally in the healthcare sector or a regulated environment, and comfortable working in an international context.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), familiarity with CRMs (such as Salesforce), and strong digital agility are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment, with rigor and autonomy.
