Mhetra provides Business Process Outsourcing to companies operating in the life science and medical device industries. Our company is currently located both in the USA and in Switzerland.

Job description:

  • Serving as a Project Manager for marketing projects intended for internal purposes as well as for life science company customers, including clients from Asia, global medical devices/pharma companies targeting to enter new markets such as Eastern Europe and Russia.
  • Serving as the primary contact for the internal team members and the customers for team coordination activities, as well as admin and business inquiries.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to promote a company's brand or product.
  • Supervising marketing projects, assigning tasks, overseeing work, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Designing advertisements and marketing campaigns to reach potential customers.
  • Ensuring projects remain within specification and liaising with clients to negotiate changes where necessary.
  • Being proactive in tracking projects and chasing comments from clients and marketing team members while monitoring timelines.
  • Working on a variety of projects at the same time.
  • Learning and understanding life science marketing trends and general topics, new therapy areas quickly and comprehensively to inspire confidence of the client.
  • Working closely with clients (often acting as the sole point of contact within the company).
  • Contributing ideas for business proposals and new projects.
  • Helping and advising other members of staff.
  • Interacting with internal and external subject matter experts specialized in different topics as necessary to produce marketing deliverables.
  • Serving as a peer reviewer on the internal review providing comments on marketing deliverables being handled by others.
  • Adhering to established regulatory standards, as well as Company Standard Operating Procedures, client standards, and Company and/or client-approved templates when completing marketing projects, on-time and on budget.
  • Performing online research, as applicable.
  • Maintaining familiarity with current industry practices, requirements and guidelines that affect life science, pharma, and MedTech marketing.
  • Maintaining awareness of budget specifications for assigned projects, working within the budgeted hours and communicating changes to marketing leadership.
  • Completing required administrated tasks within the specified timeframes.
  • Performing other work-related duties as assigned. Minimal travel may be required (less than 25%).
  • Assisting in overall workflows, project budgets and supplier relations.
  • Supporting executives in the planning, preparation and attendance of conferences and client meetings including preparation of collateral material.

Qualifications of the candidate:

  • Business Administration / Entrepreneurship university degree is preferred, Master’s degree is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or marketing
  • Fluent English, Russian and French, written and spoken, any other language is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, and negotiation ability
  • Digital marketing knowledge: driving web and social media positioning and engagement to build demand generation, creating, managing and executing marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, developing brand long term. A digital marketing diploma is a plus
  • Knowledge of Asian & Eastern Europe culture, the experience of working in Honk Kong/Singapore or with clients from Asia/Eastern Europe is a plus
  • Preferably, the candidate should be located in the French part of Switzerland

  • Sales- and business-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Team spirit – able to work in a regional and international team
  • Soft skills: presentation skills, professional, positive attitude, pro-active and independent, with a can-do attitude
  • Experienced with the full lifecycle of project management tools (Zoho Projects, Asana, Trello), know-how of modern project methodologies
  • Management of software development and digital delivery projects (e.g. e-commerce, CRM, ERP, CMS, etc.)
  • Product launch experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to CHF80,000.00 per year
