Education & Experience
- Essential: Medical degree
- Desired: Masters in Public or International Health
- Essential: Minimum 2 years experience working in low-resource settings for humanitarian aid agencies (MSF experience is highly desirable)
- Desired: Experience with field research in resource poor settings
Languages
- Fluency in English or French, and a basic level, or willingness to learn the other, is required.
- Knowledge of another language (Arabic, Spanish) is considered an advantage.
Personal Abilities & Skills
- Go Specialization/experience in provision of clinical NCD care
- Up to date knowledge of NCD care provision in humanitarian settings
- Up to date knowledge of global advances in NCD care relevant to low resource and humanitarian settings
- Proven affinity with advocacy
- Excellent writing skills.

Terms of employment
- Open-ended contract
- Full-time, 100% (40h/week)
- Working place: Geneva based position - with field visits
- Ideal start date: December 1st, 2025
- Gross annual salary (for 100%): from CHF 102’180.- to CHF 116’484.- (salary commensurate with equivalent experience and internal salary grid)
- Paid vacation: 25 days per year, prorate temporis, plus any Swiss public holidays falling within the contract period.
- Pension plan: pension contribution covered 3/4 by MSF, 1/4 by staff member.
- Relocation package if moving from a different country to Switzerland.
