For one of our clients a banking company, in Geneva, we are recruiting for a long-term mission a Microsoft Senior System Engineer who is open-minded and client-oriented, is passionate about his work, who believes in success and has a strong team spirit. Responsibilities:

As a Microsoft Senior System Engineer you manage Microsoft Infrastructure and you ensure availability, performance and maintenance of IT Services. You provide production support to MS environment and you ensure optimal performance and reliability. Moreover, you ensure compliance (security policies and procedures) including system audits and updates. You also manage and resolve incidents, you minimize downtime and mitigate impacts on business operations. In addition, you manage and implement Microsoft -related technologies (AD, DNS...). You implement and maintain system monitoring solutions (potential issues SCOM), you conduct root cause analysis, develop/maintain documentation and automatize recurring task. You are part of the team rotation 24/7 on call.

Profile:

• Bachelor in IT or equivalent
• Minimum 7-10 years' experience
• Experience in Private Banking mandatory
• Good knowledge in MS infrastructure (AD, DHCP, SCOM)
• Good knowledge in SCCM, Exchange 2019 ans MS Team
• Good knowledge in MS 365, Citrix and AirWatch MDM mobility platform
• Available for on call duty (24/7)
• French mother tongue mandatory. English, fluent
• Swiss resident : mandatory
