The site in Visp, Switzerland is growing and for our Biologics organization, we are currently looking for a for MSAT Cleaning Validation Specialist (80-100%). In this role, you will be MSAT responsible for cleaning process validation in the biopharmaceutical plants, including cleaning qualification, cleaning validation activities at scale, and periodical cleaning reviews. The actual location of this job is in Visp, Switzerland. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families, if needed. What you'll do: Designing cleaning validation strategies and developing detailed documentation, including study protocols and reports, in alignment with Lonza procedures and regulatory expectations. Leading cleaning validation projects and collaborating directly with customers to ensure timely and effective outcomes. Supporting QC-led cleaning studies and reviewing/approving associated documentation. Managing the impact of changes and deviations on cleaning validation, including formal assessments and approvals. Providing a clear overview of cleaning validation across manufacturing plants and associated products. Compiling and presenting Periodic Cleaning Reviews to ensure ongoing compliance and optimization. What we're looking for: A master-s degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline. Experience with project management, particularly in MSAT, Quality Assurance, or Compliance roles. Confidence working across departments and communicating with regulatory bodies such as Swissmedic or the FDA - prior exposure is a plus. Fluent proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional fluency in German is highly valued. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities on deadline. A collaborative mindset, open to learning and growing with an interdisciplinary team. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster effective teamwork and clear documentation.
