Description

Position Summary
As Operations Performance Expert, you will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring seamless execution between product/system design and operational delivery. You will analyze, challenge, and support the organization's ability to scale with excellence — aligning vision with day-to-day execution. Your insights will directly impact how design decisions translate into operational outcomes across production, supply chain, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
• Bridge Strategy and Execution: Translate strategic goals into operational actions, ensuring alignment between design engineering and operations (production, manufacturing, delivery, etc.).
• Process Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks across the design-to-execution pipeline and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Operational Readiness: Assess whether designs (product, system, or process) are operationally viable and scalable before handoff.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain leaders to align priorities, mitigate risks, and accelerate execution.
• Performance Monitoring: Develop and track KPIs to measure operational performance and ensure feedback loops into design.
• Advisory & Coaching: Act as a sounding board to senior leadership, offering critical thinking, execution insights, and practical recommendations.
• Program Oversight: Support or lead key initiatives requiring complex coordination across design and operations functions.
Required Qualifications
• 15+ years of experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Program Delivery roles with strong execution accountability.
• Proven ability to operate at the intersection of design and delivery — with an understanding of how upstream design decisions impact downstream operations.
• Strong analytical, systems-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced, or hardware-centric environments preferred.
Preferred Attributes
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or industrial sectors.
• Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• Comfortable in both strategic advisory and tactical hands-on roles.
• Known for bringing clarity, rigor, and momentum to complex execution challenges
