Description du poste

• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational inquiries regarding securities and funds within the private banking domain.
• Engage with front office personnel to address questions and resolve issues in a timely manner, meeting predefined service level agreements (SLAs).
• Liaise with custodians and internal departments as needed to obtain necessary information and facilitate decision-making processes.

Description du profil

• Bachelor's Degree or a diploma in Finance/Economics
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with mandatory experience in private banking
• Fluent in both English and French
• Proficient in Excel
• Detail-oriented, organized, analytical
• Swiss residency is optional, open to people living at the border only
