Your Mission :
- Manage customer orders from entry to shipment, ensuring full coordination with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Shipping, and Finance teams
- Enter and follow up on orders in the ERP system
- Monitor order changes, customer credit limits, and financial status
- Consolidate and prepare key reports, including monthly and quarterly sales forecasts
- Be a key user in charge of order-processing procedures and ERP tests
- Support internal orders and prepare export documents

Your Profile :
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably MS Dynamics AX)
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with sales forecasting and S&OP processes
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a strong asset
