Your mission

• Manage customer orders from entry to shipment, ensuring full coordination with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Shipping, and Finance teams.
• Enter and follow up on orders in the ERP system.
• Monitor order changes, customer credit limits, and financial status.
• Consolidate and prepare key reports, including monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Be a key user in charge of order-processing procedures and ERP tests.
• Support internal orders and prepare export documents.

Your profile

• Bachelor-s degree in business administration, economics, or engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably MS Dynamics AX).
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with sales forecasting and S&OP processes.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a strong asset.
