CONTEXT

The OSBF (Operations and Services & Business Foundations) Competence Center based in Meyrin is looking for a highly motivated intern who is willing to take over an Assistant PMO position for a minimum of 6-month internship and support Project and Portfolio of OSBF departments. 


HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? 

You will participate to several activity streams and your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Budget management (Project control, financial systems updates)
  • Financial system implementation: a new budgeting tool is being implemented, we will require support during training and testing phases
  • Project Management tool (Triskell) follow-up: project creation and project follow-up, project reporting
  • Project Quality Audit (assessment of project deliverables, project methodology and compliance)
  • Resource management: support existing initiatives around internal and external resource management
  • Solve miscellaneous practical issues for the smoothness of the department

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?

  • Enrolled in a Master's in a Business School or University of Management
  • You have a previous experience in project management, budgeting, or IT consulting
  • You are organized and curious
  • You are competent with Pack Office suite
  • You speak English fluently; French is a plus
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You favours teamwork and trustful relationships with other project team members
  • You are a quick learner, and you are not afraid to work independently
  • You are available for a 6-month internship (required as part of your studies) starting from 01.07.2025
