Description du poste

We are currently assisting our client in their search to hire an OT Security Specialist (m/w/d) in Nyon. As an OT Network and Cybersecurity Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing operational technology networks in industrial environments.

You will work-closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring the seamless integration of automation systems, network security, and real-time communication between devices and systems.

Your Responsibilities:

  • OT Network and Cybersecurity Support (including cybersecurity risk guidance - "Archer")
  • Assistance in adding/changing/modifying OT Systems (Servers, Devices, etc.) - Moving/Adding/Changing/Deleting
  • Guidance in provisioning, patching and upgrading systems (PLCs, Servers, OT Workstations)
  • System Architecture Support (IP, segmentation, etc.)
  • Assist in maintaining site asset lists and network architecture diagrams.
  • Manage ServiceNOW OT Assets.
  • Collaborate with end users, operational teams, and IT personnel to effectively address network-related challenges.
  • Ensure proper network segmentation and implementation of security measures to protect critical OT assets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations and changes.
  • Collaborate with the security team to implement and enforce security policies and protocols.
  • Participate in security audits and vulnerability assessments of OT networks.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Hands-on experience with industrial automation-systems and field devices is a plus
  • Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, OPC) and industrial networking equipment.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
  • Previous experience in a Consumer Health Manufacturing Facility a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Fluent in English and French
