Packaging Data Specialist

For one of our prestigious international clients, a global leader in a highly regulated industrial and innovation-driven sector, we are currently recruiting a Packaging Data Specialist for a one-year temporary assignment based at their site in Münchwilen, AG, Switzerland.

This role is part of a strategic project within a Product Technology & Engineering organization and offers the opportunity to contribute directly to data integrity, packaging operations, and regulatory compliance in a complex international environment.

Packaging Data Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage packaging-related master data in internal systems
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance
• Support the packaging code lifecycle and related documentation
• Contribute to operational efficiency through reliable data management
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (operations, quality, technical teams)
• Support compliance with regulatory and transport requirements

Profile

• Commercial or technical educational background (or equivalent)
• Initial to solid experience in data management, documentation, or administrative support
• Experience in regulated or technical environments is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and structured working approach
• Fluent English (C1) required; German is an advantage
