Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end review of payroll processes across multiple countries in EMEA and APAC.
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and compliance risks in current workflows.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to gather insights and ensure alignment.
  • Design and implement a standardized, future-proof payroll process tailored to regional requirements.
  • Develop clear documentation, process maps, and training materials.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Provide guidance and support during payroll cycles as needed during the transition period.
  • Report progress and key findings to senior leadership with actionable recommendations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience managing multi-country payroll operations, ideally across EMEA and APAC.
  • Strong understanding of international payroll compliance, tax, and labor regulations.
  • Experience with payroll systems and third-party providers (e.g., ADP, SAP, Workday).
  • Excellent project management and process improvement skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
