The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing payroll variables for approximately 500 employees across about 10 countries within the EMEA region.

• Coordinate payroll processes operationally with local payroll providers in each of the approximately 10 EMEA countries.

• Collect, verify, and submit payroll variables accurately and on time.

• Ensure data quality and compliance with payroll requirements.

• Work closely with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes.

• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, meeting tight deadlines.

• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and process automation.

Profile

• Fluent English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.

• Highly proficient in Excel with strong data manipulation and analytical skills.

• international payroll experiece is a plus

• Tech-savvy with a good understanding of payroll software and systems.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent communication skills and team player mindset.
