Your impact:

• Coordinate and execute monthly payroll in collaboration with internal and external partners
• Manage employee master data and payroll-related documentation
• Handle social insurance matters (AHV, ALV, BVG, KTG, etc.) and ensure regulatory compliance
• Act as a trusted contact for payroll and HR administration topics
• Support audits, year-end processes, and internal reporting
• Contribute to the development and optimization of HR and payroll processes

What you bring:

• Experience in payroll, HR services, or a related administrative field
• Familiarity with Swiss social insurance and labor law
• Strong Excel and digital tool skills
• Precise, structured, and service-oriented working style
• Fluent in German and English
