Position Summary
As a Senior Analyst in our Performance Acceleration Team, you will perform projects in our factories across the globe. You will be actively working with Factory members, experts from R&D and Corporate teams on challenging projects and timelines to deliver business goals. You look forward to collaborating with others, delivering fast-track implementation and building competencies in our worldwide factories to provide breakthrough results. Your contract will be a local Swiss contract, but you will work around the world.
This job is one of a kind, very rewarding and high pace, with 90% travels around the world with the aim to develop into a project leader role. A day in the life of a Performance Acceleration Senior Analyst:
- Manage worldwide stakeholders in full projects and interact with people from Shop Floor to Corporate Senior Management to develop continuous improvement in factories worldwide
- Co-lead and coach initiatives to optimize manufacturing dimensions of the total delivered cost while identifying all the opportunities within the global factory environment
- Manage multi-disciplinary improvement projects (excl. CAPEX) leveraging Nestle size to benchmark and share Collaborate globally with R&D Centers enabling fast track project deployment and acceleration of innovations in factories
- Educate leaders on corporate manufacturing guidelines in order to support competency building across markets.
- Develop competencies in the Performance Acceleration Team, Shop-floor and front line leaders (supervisors) to develop organizational capability
What will make you successful
- A Master's Degree in Engineering (e.g., process, food, mechanical, industrial engineering)
- Experience in a factory environment, in line functions or specialist roles within production, quality, engineering, or a similar background in consultancy, preferably with experience in line management.
- Ability to successfully lead projects, preferably cross-functional or above the market level projects, and exposure to coaching multi-functional and/or multi-cultural teams
- Fluent in English, plus proficiency in at least 1 or 2 major languages
- Strong motivation to travel worldwide and pursue an international career in manufacturing
- Positive attitude, high energy level, excellent communication skills, and a strong team player
