Job Description

  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and manage meetings, both in-person and virtually, ensuring smooth scheduling and preparation.
  • Calendar Management: Maintain and prioritize complex calendars, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize time and commitments.
  • Team Support: Provide scheduling assistance to other team members when required, ensuring alignment across agendas.
  • Administrative Arrangements: Handle various bookings such as appointments, reservations, and transportation logistics with discretion and efficiency.
  • Travel Management: Plan and execute comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, visas, accommodations, ground transfers, and detailed itineraries.
  • Expense & Financial Administration: Process expense reports and maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and reimbursements.
