INTRODUCTION

For one of our clients an international private structure based in Geneva, we are seeking a 

Personal Assistant (H/F)  

for a permanent part-time position.

DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION

  • Manage and coordinate agendas, meetings and appointments
  • Organize travel arrangements and related logistics
  • Prepare and draft correspondence and documentation
  • Support event coordination when required
  • Oversee general administrative matters
  • Maintain records, databases and internal documentation
  • Liaise with external partners and service providers
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operational coordination

PROFIL ATTENDU

  • Relevant education supporting senior administrative responsibilities
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar Personal Assistant or senior support role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Confident and polished business presence
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Background in hospitality or supervisory roles is considered a plus
  • Fluent French, English, Spanish and Italian
