HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Reporting to the Photo Editor & Coordinator, this role will be responsible for:


Homo Faber Guide Collection of visual assets (30%):

  • Liaise with the Photo Editor to organize the visuals assets collection - by respecting the geographical scope and strategy of the Homo Faber Guide;
  • Collect and centralise visual assets sent from the different partners (artisans, contributors) and ensure all relevant information is received;
  • Ensure Photo & video are cleared in terms of IP rights;
  • Communicate with stakeholders (ex: Artisans, contributors, etc.) to follow up on images needs.

Selection of images for Homo Faber Guide (40%):

  • Liaise with the Photo Editor to follow the visual coherency of the Homo Faber Guide;
  • Select pictures for the creation and update of stakeholders profile page and follow-up on validation process;
  • Specific treatment of the object pictures: treat them and follow-up on the objects process;
  • Optimise the pictures stockage on drives, Salesforce and/or OCP;
  • Ensure the pictures are named in an appropriate way (with copyrights and no special characters);
  • Prepare selection of picture for updates on website sections (ex. Home page, Cities, Countries, itineraries);

Image Library Database Management (30%):

  • Upload all the photo and video assets on the image library with the appropriate metadata (i.e. captions, criteria, Copyrights and rights) according to the de-ned classi-cation;
  • Ensure the classification meets the need of internal stakeholders (Communication Department and Image and Content Department);

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US


The successful candidate will demonstrate alignment with the Foundation values and goals.


Knowledge

  • Knowledge in art and design and interest in the métiers d-art.
  • Fluent in English and/or in French, Italian is an asset.

Experience

  • 3 year of experience in digital visual asset management and selection.
  • Familiar with digital asset management systems.
  • Computer proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop.

Skills

  • Rigorous, well-organised, precise and detail-oriented.
  • Team Player.
