Your Role

As Physical Security Officer at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are responsible for implementing and overseeing physical security and safety measures at the local bank office. You will ensure the protection of people, property, and assets, support group-wide security standards, report and collaborate closely with the Group Physical Security function.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and implement physical security measures for people, property, and the vault
• Ensure compliance with group physical security rules and operational measures
• Control and manage access rights, including office opening and closing procedures
• Work closely with the Group Physical Security
• Organize and deliver security and safety training for security guards and facility employees
• Instruct staff on security and safety issues, safety protocols, and emergency behavior during onboarding and regular refresher courses
• Support local and group-level security projects such as access control, surveillance, and personnel protection, in accordance with global physical security standards

Your Profile

• Completed education in security and safety
• Additional training in specialized security system and fire safety
• 5 years of practical experience in the field of security and safety operations, security technologies
• Strong knowledge of physical security systems and emergency response
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Analytical skills for threat assessment and incident analysis
• High integrity, responsibility, and commitment to group security standards are essential
• Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate with external authorities
• Leadership in training and staff engagement
• Fluency in French; very good command in English
